Theoretical lessons such as: Contradictory concepts; Meaning of contradiction; Classification of contradictions; Conflict management steps; Conflict resolution strategies; Principles of conflict resolution; The ways to solve conflict situations in communication and group exercises were delivered and were extremely interesting. The expert gave a conflict situation exercise for groups to undertake and present. The groups collaborated very well in the discussion, built the case, came up with a way to resolve the conflict, and supported each other in the presentation to solve their group’s case request and ask questions/ consult experts for handling conflict situations.

In the afternoon, the students continued to be trained in skills of seeking support. This is an important and essential skill for students who are in their final year of university and are about to go to work, so the students in the scholarship fund were quite excited about this content. First they played a warm-up game, then did case studies and presented in groups with the support of the lecturer.

At the end of the afternoon training session, many students shared that they learned a lot from the session: “After the program, I learned more how to cope with stress and control my emotions; and somewhat reshaped my mindset to improve myself.”
