After the program, the students understood and practiced completing presentations. They also learned: to use their strengths to compare to the strengths of others instead of using their shortcomings; to understand that content of the presentation is good but do not overdo it; to not talk too much without paying attention to the time; fascinating, helpful, easy-to-understand instructors; comments on the style of PowerPoint; It is necessary to be prepared in advance for all possible situations, to know the mistakes when presenting; how to prepare content for presentation, how to answer hard questions; I have improved my presentation skills and know how to create a better presentation; presentation and problem-solving during a presentation became easier.
After the program, I felt more confident when presenting. I have learned a lot of excellent, useful lessons and new things, especially in teamwork, not only from the lecture but also from my friends. I also realized that presentation skills are extremely important, and I need to practice more to gain experience. I learned how to make presentations more attractive to listeners and how to create beautiful PowerPoint presentations. The tips helped me to improve my presentation skills, such as taking notes, asking cohesive questions, etc.
Throughout the program, I understood the steps to prepare for an excellent presentation, and gained new knowledge such as how to give a good presentation, and analyze problems from a new aspect. Presentations need to incorporate a lot of gestures, hand movements, eye contact, etc. I learned to present a piece of complete news; How to cultivate many skills to be confident in communicating or presenting in front of a crowd; Steps to make a complete presentation; Before giving a presentation, I must prepare carefully, when I give a presentation, I must be confident; When giving a presentation, we must be confident with ourselves, master our emotions and fully prepare knowledge before giving a presentation; Be more confident; I need to learn and practice a lot to stay calm, not being afraid when speaking in front of the crowd and to attract listeners. Know what is necessary and how to do it when preparing a presentation.
The focal points of the presentation were: attend to the content and speaking speed; realize shortcomings and mistakes in information selection to control the presentation time; I also learned how to be comfortable and confident during presenting, which is an opportunity to prove myself in front of the crowd. If you are self-deprecating and don’t practice presentation skills, it will probably be a hardship in your future journey. So you must prepare well before giving a presentation, and the presentation should be focused on giving information to the audience.
