On 10/06/2017, Hue University of Sciences organised an Office 365 training course for Microsoft YouthSpark Scholars.

Office 365 is Microsoft’s new program that allows users to manage their work and studies all in one place. This includes familiar applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to creating events through the Calendars app, to managing files with OneDrive. Thanks to this toolkit, multiple projects or group studies can be managed more efficiently.

In the first session, students learned about applications in the Office toolkit, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; and how to perform other tasks like creating forms with Microsoft Forms, creating events with Calendar, managing files with OneDrive, and creating a plan with Planner. The strengths of Office 365 are the integration and flexibility of working across different applications, which helps users save time and work more efficiently.

After the Microsoft Office 365 training course at Microsoft Vietnam, the well-informed and capable female scholars will have the opportunity to be introduced by Microsoft to non-governmental organizations to guide them through the Office 365 application in Task Manager.
